With 7 years of experience as a psychologist, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards healing and personal growth. As a BACP registered counsellor, I hold a masters degree in Counselling Psychology, specialising in mindfulness-based approaches. Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse settings such as hospice, elderly care, addiction treatment, and with the general public.

Recognizing that the healing process requires time and energy, I am here to guide you through this transformative journey. Utilising various effective methods, my approach encompasses empowering you to make positive changes. I offer guidance in modifying habits and perspectives, resolving internal conflicts, providing reality checks, and assisting you in unlocking your true potential while understanding your actions.

Drawing upon scientifically supported techniques from Gestalt, Family Systems, and CBT therapy, I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs. Together, we will collaborate on creating a personalised treatment plan, aimed at helping you become the person you aspire to be.
